devices offered for use to the general public are developed
with the utmost integrity and security, offering a fair and

government agencies, as well as licensed device
manufacturers. Our services assure the integrity and
regulatory compliance of Electronic Gaming, Amusement and
Vending devices offered to the public. We offer
state-of-the-art testing and evaluation practices to our
clients. The staff of will not
maintain any financial interest in any gaming-related
organization to which we serve or whose product we test, thus maintaining complete independence from the
manufacturers, distributors and operators that serve the
gaming industry. As a condition of our licensing, authorizations and certifications with other regulatory agencies, is prohibited from offering our
consulting services to device manufacturers in the capacity
of Research and/or Development of products or technologies.
As a policy, we limit advice to manufacturers to only those
issues involving regulatory compliance. In no way, do we
develop or design products or methods for device
manufacturers.

Impartiality and independence are key
factors when choosing a test laboratory. The laboratory
should be familiar with regulatory requirements, and various
manufacturers’ equipment, maintaining a close working
relationship with manufacturers and regulators alike. A
laboratory should never assist a manufacturer with the
design of its products, it should only advise on regulatory
matters. The laboratory should offer its knowledge and
experience to regulatory agencies in guiding them through
standards and regulations development. It should seek the
advice of the regulatory agency when a manufacturer’s design
may not be clearly defined by the existing standards and
regulations. This open communication between the laboratory,
manufacturer and regulator fosters good will and

imperative to assure fairness and integrity in the
gaming, lottery, and amusement industries. These
measures should be conducted pro-actively to eliminate
the possibility of corruption of these devices and
